Age old dilemma…

Here is a revelation for you my dear readers, I recently turned thirty. Now whilst that in it self isn’t that big a hairy deal, it does bring with it some unwelcome changes. The worst being my body now apparently “needs” to be fed first thing in the morning or my whole system has a meltdown.
